The HAUS Promise
Your body changes, your gear should too. Claim your free size replacement below.
Orders must be at least 90 days old from your delivery date. One replacement per customer, one item from your original order. If your item came in a multipack, the whole pack must be returned. Socks, underwear and cologne aren't eligible. Your old item must be washed and returned before your replacement ships.
The HAUS Promise is only available in the US at this time
We can't process size replacements outside the US yet. If your size isn't right, get in touch and the team will take care of you directly.
